Very little is written about when Kong came to Cornwall on his holidays in 1943. Captured here climbing Gribbin Head lighthouse* and fighting off the locally funded spitfire, such was his want to do.
*Gribbin Head is actually a daymark and not a lighthouse, so this could very well be a tall story.
